While the course is delivered online, participants will be invited to attend up to three optional face-to-face workshop days at the club’s Centre of Excellence on the Northern Beaches.
These sessions provide an opportunity to connect with peers, hear from guest speakers and experience the club environment firsthand.
Participants will gain structured access to the club through:
- Guest speaker sessions with Sea Eagles staff
- Insights into club operations, leadership and performance
- Exposure to how a professional sporting organisation operates
This access is designed to complement your studies and provide real-world context.
